📺 Live TV Navigation

When you are watching a channel full-screen:

●     Select/OK: Opens the Recent Channels bar at the bottom (quick way to jump back to what you were just watching).

●     Up/Down Arrows: Changes channels one by one (channel surfing).

●     Left Arrow: Opens the TV Guide (EPG) overlay while the video continues to play in the background.

●     Right Arrow: Opens the previous channel

●     Long Press Select/OK or Menu Button: Opens the Full Menu (Search, Multi-view, Sleep Timer, etc.).

●     Long Press Back: Instantly returns to the full-screen video if you are buried in menus.

🗓️ Using the TV Guide (EPG)

When looking at the grid of shows:

●     Select/OK: Switches to the highlighted channel.

●     Back: Moves the focus from the grid to the Groups/Categories list on the far left.

●     Long Press Select/OK or Menu Button: Opens "Channel Options" where you can add the channel to Favorites or view the full program description.

●     Fast Forward / Rewind: Usually jumps the guide 24 hours forward or backward.

●     Long press Left: Watch previous shows if available. Must have the clock icon by the channel name

●     Long Press Back: Instantly returns to the full-screen video

⭐ Organizing Favorites

To keep things simple, you should move your most-watched channels into a Favorites list:

1. Find a channel in the Guide.
2. Long press the Select/OK button.
3. Select "Add to Favorites" (the star icon).
4. To access them, press Back until you are in the far-left sidebar and select the Favorites group.

 

 

📂 Accessing On Demand

To leave Live TV and enter the VOD sections:

1. From Guide view, press Back multiple times or Left multiple times
2. A sidebar menu will appear on the left.
3. Scroll down to select Movies or TV Shows.

🎬 Navigating Movies & Shows

Once inside the On Demand sections, the layout changes to a poster-based grid:

●     Left/Right/Up/Down Arrows: Move through the posters.

●     Select/OK: Opens the Movie/Show Info page. This is where you’ll see the description, actors, and the "Play" button.

●     Back: Takes you back to the category list or the previous screen.

 

⏭️ Playback Controls (VOD)

Navigation works differently once a movie or show is actually playing:

●     Select/OK: Pauses or resumes the video.

●     Right Arrow: Skips forward (usually 10–30 seconds, customizable).

●     Left Arrow: Skips backward.

●     Down Arrow: Opens the Player Menu, where you can change Subtitles, Audio Tracks, or Aspect Ratio.

●     Up Arrow: Opens the progress bar so you can see how much time is left.
